Lecithin-Food Grade
"Leci-Preme" is separated from the highest-quality soybean oil using thoroughly modern refining processes. The Lecithin is cooled down to a temperature of less than 60°C after production process in order to prevent a post-darkening and the Toluene level in the lecithin will be less than 0.05%. Leci-Preme is rich in phospholipids which are suitable for food, bakery industries and other related industries.
