COOK fried rice
(For 1-2 People)
     

Ingredients:

   
1. Steam rice 1 Cup
2. Peanut ¼ Cup
3. Carrot cut cube shape ½ Cup
4. Fresh egg 1 Egg
5. Onion ½ Cup
6. Fresh prawns 4-6 Pieces
7. Coriander 1 Piece
8. Cucumber Slice 4-5 Pieces
9. Lime 1-2 Pieces
10. Sugar 1 Tablespoon
11. Fish sauce ½ Teaspoon
12. “COOK” refined soybean oil 2-3
Tablespoons
13. Oyster sauce ½ Teaspoon
14. Soya sauce ½ Teaspoon
       

Direction:

     
1. Heat “COOK” refined soybean oil in a wok, cooking prawns, peanut, carrot and onion together.่
2. Crack an egg into the wok, add steam rice then seasoning as you like.
3. Serve with coriander and cucumber.
4. Mix fish sauce and lime juice as a dipping sauce.
