Thai omelet with oringi mushroom
(For 2-3 People)
1. Fresh egg 5 eggs
2. Oringi mushroom 300 g.
3. Fish sauce/ Soy sauce 2 Tablespoons
4. “COOK” refined soybean oil 6 Tablespoons
5. Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoons


1. Crack all eggs into a blow then mix with oringi mushroom, fish sauce/ soy sauce and oyster sauce.
2. Heat “COOK” refined soybean oil in a wok, slowly pour all the mixing.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes then carefully flip the egg over, wait another 2-3 minutes (Or depending on how well done you like)
4. Ready to serve.
