The colourful salad
(For 1-2 People)
1. Tomato/ Beetroot 200 g.
2. Pumpkin 200 g.
3. Iceberg 200 g.
4. Carrot cut cube shape 200 g.
5. Cabbage 200 g.
1. Leave all the vegetables in the water with 2 tablespoons of  baking soda for couple minutes in order to wash all the dirtine
2. Cut all the vegetables then mix with sesame oil and some salt
Ingredients for salad dressing:      
1. Fresh eggs 2 eggs  
2. Vinegar 1 ½ Tablespoons  
3. Lime juice 2 Tablespoons  
4. Sugar 1 Teaspoon  
5. Salt ½ Teaspoon  
6. “COOK” refined sunflower oil 2 Cups  
7. Sweeten condensed milk ½ Cup  
1. Mix all the yolks, sugar and salt together in the mixing bowl.
2. Slowly pour ¼ cup of “COOK” refined sunflower oil and all of the vinegar then mix until it smooth after that pour another ¼ cup of “COOK” refined sunflower oil.
3. Add lime juice and the rest of “COOK” refined sunflower oil.
4. After mixed all the ingredients, continue mixing for 20 minutes or use the mixing machine for 10 minutes.
5. Ready to serve with your healthy vegetables.
